Our refund and return policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot provide you with a full refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same state as the item you received. It must also be in its original packaging.
Any item that is not in its original state, damaged or missing parts due to non our fault.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed and the credit card or original payment method will be automatically applied to your credit card within a certain number of days.

Refund delayed or lost

If you have not received the refund yet, please double check your bank account first. Then contact your credit card company, and the refund may take some time to be officially announced. Next, contact your bank. It usually takes some processing time before the refund is posted.

Promotional items

Only regular priced products can be refunded. Promotional products cannot be refunded.

Returns and exchanges

Transportation return

To return your product, you should mail it to the address specified in our email.
You will be responsible for paying the shipping cost for the return. The shipping fee is not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
The time it takes for the products you exchange to reach your hands may vary depending on where you reside.
If you want to return more expensive items, you can consider using traceable transportation services or purchasing transportation insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
